Muswell Hill Police Station
For the project we worked on behalf of Acorn Property Group to successfully gain planning permission to convert the use of a locally listed former police station into a residential development.
Through the replacement of the existing roof and the addition of several skylights to bring light in through the space, the existing building was carefully divided up into nine residential units, varying in size from two to four bedroom units.
Special care has been taken to preserve the Victorian features of the building and introduce sympathetic windows on the front facade, whilst inside, the units have been designed for modern open plan and contemporary London living.
