Unionworks Southbank
Unionworks is the conversion of aGrade II listed warehouse building into two elegant luxury town houses style homes, in the desirable Southbank area. The design carefully combines the buildings original features, such as the original exposed wooden beams, with sophisticated contemporary design.
Both townhouses have been specified to the highest level including; fully tiled honed limestone bathrooms with designer sanitary ware, bespoke Poliform kitchens with top of the range appliances, zoned underfloor heating, top of the range high level security, fully built-in audio visualisation equipment and luxury wide oak floor boarding stained to match the exposed wooden beams.
