Newspaper House
The client for this project was The Acorn Property Group, who we have worked with on a number of different projects. The brief was to create a new build on the site of a former newspaper distribution depot, which led to the project being named Newspaper House.
Newspaper House is a purpose built development situated in the heart of London’s dynamic South Bank. The building is mixed use and consists of nine apartments split across the three upper floors of the building, on top of three floors of commercial space including the basement.
The project comprises of a mixture of two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes, including four luxurious penthouse units with double height spaces and private balconies that are very desirable in this London location.
Thompson + Baroni took the scheme through planning and then handed the project over to Acorn who constructed the building under a design and build contract.
