This proposal was done as a feasibility study for one of our more prolific developer clients urban sites in Bermondsey, South East London.
One of our more prolific developer clients approaced us to do a feasability study for an urban site in Bermondsey, South East London. The site is in an narrow location surrounded by existing council buildings.
Our solution was to maximise the sites potential by introducting three large blocks ofresidential accomidation with community and commerical uses on the lower floors. In order to appeal to a wide market the flats were designed in a variety of unit sizes ranging from one to three beds, with three larger luxury penthouses on the top floors.
