Knights Hill
Thompson & Baroni worked with a private developer to gain planning permission and the change of use for a site in south London, adding four new units and lots of value to the site.
The existing site consisted of an old doctors surgery and car park. Thompson & Baroni worked on two schemes and gained planning permission for a scheme that more then doubled the sites potentail floor area and divided the site into seven units of varying size.
